Fix: Recreate account at Exercism and the previous solutions as well

Since my old account got flagged as of October 18, 2024, I recreated the old repos from the old account to this new account.

Unfortunately, my Exercism account is linked to my old GitHub account, I cannot log in via GitHub anymore and there's no email address registered to it (sadly).

I will need to create a new account at Exercism with this account, and recreate those challenges again.

• Tried unlinking my old GitHub account to Exercism = not possible
• Created a new account using an email address, then linked my new GitHub account to it
• Established the public profile link: https://exercism.org/profiles/thenocturnaldevgypsy-io, updated README.md
