Deleted compiled Slater DB files under datasets folder. #79

This PR is related to issue #76 about eliminating from the package the database files.

Note: I did not remove the directory structure: datatasets/slater/db since I was not sure if the compile or load scripts depend on it existing.

@marco-2023 can the file repo_data.txt be removed as well?

@gabrielasd The file repo_data.txt is only a manifest of the files present in the folder. This is needed for the make_promolecule code. If you are erasing the local database, please remove it.
