Fix the spelling errors in documentation of "Getting Started" #197

https://selector.qcdevs.org/starting.html has some spelling errors and thus, documentation of the page needs to be corrected.

For instance, synthetic dataset is erroneously written as synthstic dataset There is also a spelling error in the word belonging

These errors need to be fixed.
