Polish up wavefunctions #70

  1. Make cache system easier to read and change by separating out _olp and _olp_deriv out of the _load_cache
  2. Make param_shape call faster by removing the dependency on template_params
  3. Make corresponding changes to the child wavefunctions
  4. Polish - linter and coverage
