Re-enable virus scanning on upload #3

Currently files are marked as clean immediately. We have virus-scanning functionality built in, but it needs updating to work with cloudfiles. Perhaps we need to only upload after the local scan is complete, or perhaps there is a way to get clamscan to fetch the file from cloudfiles before scanning.

Need to roll back the above commit when this is completed, so that only safe assets are displayed.
