Schema Wizard a deprecated file/functionality? #179

So I can speak from memory on this one - I believe this file is an artefact of some things I attempted during the time allocated to Comma Chameleon in its genesis. I had wanted to see if a wizard could be generated that would make schema creation part of Comma Chameleon. Given that this functionality is a key feature of a planned Queensland work I think removing this file from current codebase is warranted.
