The Euro votes are counted by each local authority and then aggregated by the regional returning officers. So if you want to crowdsource a dataset for every LA (~433 of them) you could.
Yeah, I'm inclined to agree with @adrianshort here. I think it would be interesting to see the split by counting area, but would be far more labour-intensive to gather the results.
