Find out why bundler isn't running on deploy #10

This is preventing continuous deployment at the moment, and is probably causing #9 as well.

This seems to be caused by confusion between the gemset and the bundler depot, somehow. I think that on deploy it bundles into the gemset, but then when running it's using the depot.

And it doesn't cause #9.

If @pikesley decides to lose the depot from our install recipe, this will resolve itself, probably. Still don't understand it though.
