The questions on quality control are ambiguous. Are they supposed to relate to the data collection process (e.g. maintenance of instruments in environmental monitoring data, or how MetOffice validates its forecasting algorithms) or to the data publication process?

The Quality section now (v0.4) contains just two questions:

Where are known issues with the quality of the data documented? [standard]
Where is your quality control process described? [exemplar]

Is this better?
