Contact organisation admin - user notificaiton #184

At the moment, only one account is permitted per organisation This is restricting the ability for other users to see the site

The system should give the user a notification that the message has been sent to/received by the administrator - at the moment, it's not always clear what is happening

Ideally, the system should enable multiple users to be registered under one organisation too

After the user fills in the email form, then they are returned to the registration page and the message "A message was sent to the admin of XXXX" is displayed. I think this covers what you're asking for?

Allowing multiple admins is a separate issue.
