Create proof of concept for the Global Membership Network Directory

We have a membership directory, and a load of information on other organisations on our main website.

The objective is to extend our membership directory to list our startups, nodes and registered trainers, to create a single "global directory" for the ODI network. This will use the data held in the API that drives our main website.

We need to:

• [ ] get the directory app to display the data as lists: #631
• [ ] publish data as CSV and JSON: #632
• [ ] add search capabilities: #633
