From the conversation I had on Saturday, we probably don't need need-o-tron, and migratorator will be useful though non-essential (and may be replaced with something else soon).

In summary, we are pretty sure that the GDS toolset in the doc above will do most of what we need, certainly for management of textual content delivering to various frontend applications. We would need to extend in various ways, but this seems doable and GDS have already done some of it for us, or at least provided a template we could follow. The doc linked above now contains a summary of the various moving parts, which perhaps @pikesley could review before I go away?
