Added update_staff.php script to scrape staff detail from www.theodi.org/team Cleaned out images that are now dynamically added by update_staff.php script Closes #1

Does this replace the same content that's also in /individual? Presumably a small change could get it to replace both of those by maintaining a single CSV and image set?
