Removed animation on scroll

Updates needed:

• Remove the login button
• Move the links to the right of navbar
• Remove "register" from the nav links
• Add "hotels" and "rooms"
• Only show "dashboard" if user is logged in

Navbar needs to hide the dashboard if you are not logged in as an admin
