I will delete my old pull request, but this includes ExprSeq, If, VarDecl, Assign, and Variable selector and steppers.
I have the code written for while, I just need to make some tests for it which I will do tomorrow, as I am very tired right now.
I have it pushed up to the interpreter_while branch however.
