Return of the turtle #137

Note this pull request includes the layout pull request. So that one should go first.

This adds Turtle Graphics back into the system. Turtle commands can be undone (unlike the previous version).

I'm getting the same issue that I had in the layout branch except on this branch it's also in the editor.ts file now as well (lines 7 and 17). That's the createHTMLElements vs createHtmlElements problem for reference.
