This is the merge of Jill's work on multiple time granularities up to Monday morning (2018 March 26) with the current master, which means it also includes the Turtle World and arrays. It has buttons for step over and step into, but they aren't quite right yet.

Jill: Since there were merge conflicts, please merge this branch into your branch rather than master. Any merge conflicts that arise should be ones I've already dealt with, so resolve them in favour of this branch.
