Integration with web sites. #202

We need a good way to copy selections (at least -- possibly complete programs) from the PLAAY editor to web pages and then to open those selections from a web page into the PLAAY editor or animator.

Also it would be good to be able to drag and drop selections from web pages to the PLAAY editor. Especially from the Help file(s) to the editor.

Related issue: Use system clipboard.
