The templates idea from the requirements has not yet been implemented. Most of the pallette items can and should represent templates.

Unparameterized templates are really just Edits on Selections and should be implemented that way. Parameterized templates need to be applied to one or more arguments to obtain an Edit.

I am implementing templates in a somewhat simplified form. Documentation for this is in docs/Infix-Prefix-keyboard-entry.txt

The original template idea never was implemented, but the current system works ok.
