Especially in headers, it is good to do it like this. errors, e.g.:

Thank you for your report! Since there is no highlight, we assume what you mean are the words “module name” and “instructor”, but here we are using English words instead of code.

Reason for disagreement: findmod is definitely not English, but rather a command.

AND is not supposed to be spelled all in uppercase if it's conforming to proper English writing.
