CompatHelper: bump compat for AdvancedHMC to 0.6, (keep existing compat) #26

This pull request changes the compat entry for the AdvancedHMC package from 0.2, 0.3 to 0.2, 0.3, 0.6. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
