What are the specifications of the Discord Bot ? #3

Hi,

I have started a new Discord Bot in Javascript to let those who want to code it in this langage free to choose it

So my question is that I want to know what should do the Bot in term of commands

The most urgent things to do are those indicated in the todo list here (in french): https://github.com/theogiraudet/IsticBot/projects/1. If this is done, I might add other ideas I have!
