Node: v18.18.0
.NET: 7.0.401

Target: win

Hi, I'm hoping you can help me get the reference project working.

Steps to Reproduce: 1.PM> electron-sharp build /target win

Navigate to ...\electron-sharp\ElectronSharp.SampleApp\bin\Deskotp
Run ElectronNET API Demos Setup 13.5.1.exe
From the desktop double click the "ElectronNET API Demos" Icon
Get the error message above
Dismissing the error message leaves several electron processes running in the task manager
Similarly, calling PM> electron-sharp start will build then show the same error message
