Changes:

--> Removed Error Messages from TO, incorporating V2X reconnect and heartbeat messages.

--> research Improvements and amendments

--> road user simulation from json

@wayglem Would it be possible to go over the simulation folder (added new / code taken from http://90.84.192.152:8080/map) and say whether or not this usage would be okay in the project, if there is anything I need to add or remove?

I was hoping to continue tailoring it to the datasets that I am testing with ... US101, French dataset, to ensure that the merges work with respect to road, and for the visual aspect of my paper?
