29/05 -- Increase speed of car further until road actions are made

-- increase space further between car and waypoint --> so driver has time to react and all the delay issues.

-- Check network latency (50 ms (per stack) + delay), also the refresh of waypoints (leading to waypoints behind and sometimes front of vehicle).

-- 20 ms (max on test site)
