Add Secondary Actions to preceding/following cars, for a larger distance.

** Check with injector how the action turns out. Since injector is not sending

Perfect, I will quickly update it and make sure it is testing ready. But I was hoping to get maybe 10 mins with the injector so I can fine-tune the actions more.
