It's balanced following the lower twr/higher isp logic compared to the standard liquidfuel engines.
I wished i could have let you unlock at least a new engine (methalox or hydrolox) every node, but it just didnt really fit the balance, especially with the later lifter engines(both the hydrolox and the hydrolox engines blew past the vector performance).
