-TEMP_AXI, TEMP_TIM (timpanica) o TEMP_BU (bucal) o TEMP_CT (cutanea) from VALORS columns must be parsed also.

enlarge strategy: find a splitter on regex to parse and reshape to long format. apply unique or set to the new column to find all the values in order to add them into the posgress parser
