Release branch for 0.8.x releases #158

Due to versioning problems, new 0.8.x (pre campaign removal) changes should merge into here and be released from here.

@jmelvnsn when you open your PR, select this branch as the base branch.

When your PR is complete:

  1. Merge into this PR
  2. Checkout this branch locally
  3. Update bulbs/__init__.py to the next 0.8.x version
  4. Release to pypi

Merging this and skipping over travis because travis is taking FOREVER. Last untested code change passed successfully (cad4a36).
