... like me. when i scroll, nothing special happens.

pires commented 11 years ago

+1 and I must add that this is very critical.

ephbaum commented 11 years ago

Needs to be accessible.

mixinmax commented 11 years ago

Maybe have size 6em letters flash FART on screen instead of playing a sound. Now we just need a programmatic way of knowing if someone is deaf or not...

ephbaum commented 11 years ago

Perhaps detecting the use of a TTY service or something similar...

Or rather than detect anything, just add the subtitles as they will add amusement regardless of being able to hear or not.

What if the person is deaf AND blind?

jzawodn commented 11 years ago

Perhaps Google Nose would help?

braille reader support would be fantastic. feel the fart.

ryanrushing commented 11 years ago

I submit we show various dust clouds coming from the edges of the screen rather than displaying "FART." We certainly don't need to alienate non-english speaking deaf people.

ozh commented 11 years ago

A neat alternative would be to emit odor via an ARIA tag.

amitai commented 11 years ago

Fart could vibrate on mobile device or game console controller.
