US visa scheduling is now using new portal called https://www.usvisascheduling.com/

Can this work with new Portal?

I don't think this is the offical website for scheduling If you check the whois of "usvisascheduling.com", it is actually registered in the UK

an US visa appointment but registered in the UK, that doesn't make any sense.
