bug: logo/nav bar flashes when navigating #81

When navigating the console you'll notice the Openlane icon flashes when changing pages. To reproduce:

  1. Login to the console
  2. Change to any other page using the side-nav
  3. notice the Openlane logo reloads

This shouldn't need to reload when the page loads, as it looks choppy/not smooth when transitioning and should be static across all pages
