feat: task assigned count, fix flashing logo #91

  1. Adds a task count next to My Tasks to show the number of assigned tasks to the logged in user: image

  2. Fixes the flashing logo by using useState to store the number of active orgs + current org name resolves https://github.com/theopenlane/openlane-ui/issues/81
