Reduce user hindrance related to passkey reading on Account page

Since there's a button to start reading passkeys anyway, let's not do it automatically as it restricts user interaction from the get-go.

We can do it automatically, I think we should just not restrict the input when we are asking for a passkey. or if it hinders that way still, we can remember in the browser if this person previously used a passkey to signin, and only then automatically ask for it
