Add kicad_modules directory & create pogo pin footprint #4

Bit of a fish out of water here as I'm not sure what to do next. Footprint is oriented for LH pins, i.e., 1 -> 8 and can obviously be mirrored for 9 -> 16. The left hand pad is top of board only for mechanical positioning - the right hand pad is through-hole in case of underside PCB tracks needing to be connected. Comments?

Had a quick look. The way I'd go about this I think would be to start from an ESP8266 footprint and then move/edit the pads so they are long enough, for the horizontal pogo-pins and far enough away from the ESP sockets to fit. You can change the resolution of the grid so it is easier to get things in just the right the place.

Sorry, but I've been a tad busy recently so not had a lot of time to contribute but that's what I was thinking I'd do.

Well I'm only getting any real time at weekends - I normally have a quick look in the evenings but not for long (still getting my head around the various bits of Kicad).

Your idea of using an ESP8266 footprint as a starting point is interesting. I have to admit originally I wasn't even going to put an ESP8266 into the schematic - was just going to create a 'pointy pin' library component and associate it with the sort of two pad footprint I created last night.

I'll have a look at the ESP footprint tonight - house is peaceful as George is at a charity girls night out (Murder Mystery) and the dog's sulking on the end of the bed.
