Finalize the project mission statement

Some ideas Bryan generated:

"...an upstream project aimed at empowering the next generation of open source community managers"

"... an upstream project that cultivates and promotes open source community management best practices."

"... an upstream community of open source community managers committed to sharing knowledge of their craft and promoting best practices for leading innovative projects."

Ones we've had around:

"... collecting the best ways to create and manage an open source software community."

"... teach and learn the practice of collaborating in open community. "

Just used "... an upstream project of open source practitioners who cultivate and curate best practices around community management" in a document for now.

Until we settle and document this, I'm going to also capture the current version of our tagline here:

"The Open Source Way, a community management guidebook by and for practitioners of all levels"
