Going through the deliverables in the schedule, we can use:

[ ] Template for a chapter outline
[x] Template for a chapter
[ ] Template for a "why" story: interview (video, email); self-written
[ ] Template for a chapter lexicon
[ ] Template for an interview transcript

(Updated this issue to reflect narrowed scope, as we're planning to add new template files as needs arise.—semioticrobotic)

Please add new templates to the templates folder in the project repository.

I will pull in the results of the mailing list discussion (brief but useful) and seed the templates with that as a place to start. We'll also want to include a step in CONTRIBUTING to choose a template.
