Social media posts from @redhatopen for the debut

No specific plan here other than to gather up a list of posts we want scheduled to go out via @redhatopen, which can be used as-is or retweeted or shared into other social media by anyone in and around the project.

What Brian did for the 1.99 release was to queue up a post for each chapter. We can write the copy for a return of that style.

We'll also want one to three "release announcement" type posts. We may want one that fits for other social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook. (I.e., 250 words with links rather than 280 characters with short URL.)

I think this was done for 1.99 release tweets, but adding authors' Twitter handles is a great way to get RT's and Like's. I think this is only feasible with chapter posts as I'm not sure it'd be possible to list ALL authors of the guide in a single post.
