What does this PR do?

It adds a Clip loader while the Fairhold calculations are performed by using this package. Even if the Pacman loader option was very tempting , I ended up using a more standard one.

How does it work?

Before this PR, view could only be set equal to either form or dashboard. Now, we have a third option named loading. When the data fetching starts, view is set equal to loading and the ClipLoader is shown. When the data are retrieved, view is set to dashboard to display the graphs.
