Share and refactor `Lifetime` type #66

All tenure models use an instance of Lifetime which is slightly different or unique - can we simplify this and share a single Lifetime type, possibly though the use of generics / inheritance for tenure models?

Question as to whether we no longer need to store yearlyPaymentBreakdown in the Mortgage object--think we might have discussed this before
