What does this PR do?

Adds a (pretty conservative) 500ms debounce to search, in order to make sure we're not querying too frequently
Changes the slightly generic input → pattern to better match the useSearch() hook

Next steps...

Offload search to a web worker
Better loading UI whilst search debounce is updating
Virtualised list for search results (maybe)
Search by hitting enter / button (maybe, if performance still not great)
