This is different, but complements folder locking :
Folder priority should be one of the multiple auto deletion/selection criterion, where specific folders could be set to "be kept first" compared to other folders.
It would be great to first have :
[ ] an ordered list of folders where the user can add folders and attribute it a priority
[ ] also a "all other folders" item in the list : this would enable clear intuitive behavior for the user : if, within a pair of duplicates, one file is in a folder with higher priority than the other, it will be kept and the other deleted !
A more advanced possibility would be being able to set some folders with the same priority (see #20 ).
