Currently, sometimes the reported bitrate show black / green because it is 1kb/s different. But that should actually be the same, this small difference is more due to decoding inconsistencies. Even if the video are everything the same it will sometimes report a small difference and not show as the same with the color codes.

when doing comparison of bitrates for coloring in the ui, make an +- 1kb/s approximation for example
