*Advertise on forums and such that this tool is available #9

I was looking for such a tool for so long, that I had to fork @kristiankoskimaki 's software to first make it work on macOS, then add auto deletion features : it would've been nice to skip all that work ! Making it so others that might be interested can find the tool would be nice. I'll track progress here.
