CHANGE EVERYTHING - Sinatra edition

This is so major there's barely a reason to keep a single repo. Anyway, here it is. It works, I already redirected the DNS to the new hosting on Linode and stuff. Woot.

• Every rails file has been removed and sinatra added. Its pretty damn fly and way way way simpler. Check it out https://github.com/theoretick/discuss-it/tree/sinatra-rewrite
• I just deleted the fucking tests. It'd be nice to have them again but at this point other than the unit tests, probably need to start over on those.
• lib directory is almost identical except for the caching module that was added.
• Closes out #58 and most of #75
