Add lobsters.rs support #86

Lobsters is a pretty awesome community similar to Hacker News but much smaller with some really high quality discussions.

Would be awesome for it to be supported. Thank you for making and sharing this tool.

@nikitavoloboev great idea, thanks! Doesn't look like they have an API but if I can setup the daily digest might be a solid way to start indexing.
