Add trigger support #11

This patch is a first step to support trigger, for now it adds

triggers_are with list of trigger
trigger_is for each trigger
has_trigger for each trigger

Thank you. Wasn't quite right; the trigger function's schema needed to be passed to trigger_is(). Also, I avoid setting the search path in this output, since it's not used anywhere else. So we have to pass the table schema to has_trigger() and trigger_is(). All done as of 0d59847f.
