There are various symbols missing across the board for the entire 10.1 SDK; it needs to be regenerated as a whole. Thanks anyway, but going to close this in favor of #2.
This is the "official" iOS 10 SDK for Theos development and you can't build a preference bundle with it. I think adding back one or two really important symbols as needed is a beneficial temporary fix. When the day comes that proper .tbds are generated, great. Until then though...?

I get you, but there's much more broken than Preferences (and more than PSListController within Preferences). I’d suspect most projects linking private framework symbols are broken. It’s not complex to do; @mstg and I just haven’t gotten around to it.
Added PSListController back to the classes list.
