Update rootless docs

Updates rootless docs, to hopefully make them a bit more clear and helpful. Adds info about three more options for people without a real macOS device.

I accepted most of the suggestions (please still take a look at the conversations marked as unresolved (the unconcealed ones) (those marked as Outdated at the top but expanded were accepted but I still left some comment))

Also let me know about the Xcode xip install thing, whether I should move it to primary macOS install docs and mention it as alternative to App Store install. I still want to keep some mention about installing Xcode/deps either way before mentioning the way to disable WindowServer, lest someone disables it first and then finds out that GUI would be helpful to install Xcode (I mean unxip command line tool exists but eh)

Okay most things are resolved, except the prefs and ABI wording (I think I'd just keep them as-is tbh)

I also added info about cyarchfix tweak to Cydia displaying duplicate packages, let me know if it's not too much for the docs page...
