Add default mass unit #9

Hi!

Thanks for such a fantastic tool! I was going through it and wondered if it would be possible to get something like a default mass without putting every single time gram (the default, I guess for most things). It would speed up the usage of your tool!

You're absolutely right that it would speed things up. There's a slight tension, because the design of the tool means that we don't reveal what elements are interactive except when they are blank. So users might not know that they can change this unit to mg. I think I'll play with something where when you hover over a reagent-line, faint outlines appear around the text-boxes that can edit. If that looks nice that would facilitate this change (and ml for volume) with users still understanding that they can change this.
